new method for sound meditation

method 1st today i m just going to share my experience with u all. In this we have to close our eyes and sit properly .and think about a balloon in ur hand and and gradually u leave the balloon and then think that balloon is flying in the sky slowly and with a steady speed keep ur eyes totally stucked with the balloon and watch this till the the point from where u can't see the balloon and and then stop watching and at this point u will feel that u r totally free from the the thought and the mundan world. method 2nd start thinking that u r releasing ur tiredness from ur body gradually .starts from the head to the foot . now u r toatlly sinkinin the in thoughtless world and then feel a light in ur forehead among the eyes and concentrate on this up to 15 minute.

When you first begin practicing meditation you will probably have exceptional experiences where your mind becomes so still that you experience a level of peace that is far beyond what you are used to. The trap most people fall into is thinking that you have finally made it, "yes I've discovered the secret to life, I can find peace any time anywhere by meditating" which is true, but the problem is that eventually your mind takes over again, thoughts rush back in, you get lost in your mental chatter, confused, irritable etc. Then you think to yourself, Ok I'm going
At first i want to delineate the thing that why it is needed .It works on two ways ;Firstly it helps in soothing the physical stress and secondly it gives the fathom to us to be absorbed by the worldly enjoy and the entertainment .Once Dalailama told that vipassana (method of meditation) gives the capabilities to cope with the physical pain and the illness.

every creation comes under the cycle of the moving time and get repetition after a certain time.But human being have a very slow pace of movement with respect to the nature;it means that we all human leave ourselves behind the the eternal cycle . To come in to the eternal and divine flow man have to manipulate himself by fasting and by purification of soul and the body.This purification is made by the meditation and karmic yoga that Lord Krishna has told with Arjun ;means yoga is the way to purify the body by making this free from the mundane illness means vayadhi.that come to the human body by the source of laziness and and unwillingness from the doing work that is scheduled by the God .
