At first i want to delineate the thing that why it is needed .It works on two ways ;Firstly it helps in soothing the physical stress and secondly it gives the fathom to us to be absorbed by the worldly enjoy and the entertainment .Once Dalailama told that vipassana (method of meditation) gives the capabilities to cope with the physical pain and the illness.

we should start with the time to do the meditation.
this is not fix or a hard fast rule to meditate at some stipulated time. This can be done at any time of the day when u feel it is needed ;means when u want to recharge yourself. Some people may like to do this early in the morning ,some prefer to do in office time and some likes to do this on the way of office or in the time of travel .This can be done in any way at any time .Generally meditation is linked with the calm and tranquility.So i think this can be done in morning and at the time of sleep .this time level of sound remain low and it is very easy to concentrate on the mid of our eye .

meditation is like to the meal and its proper amount make us healthy and spring up the favorable atmosphere for the work .
