new method for sound meditation

method 1st today i m just going to share my experience with u all. In this we have to close our eyes and sit properly .and think about a balloon in ur hand and and gradually u leave the balloon and then think that balloon is flying in the sky slowly and with a steady speed keep ur eyes totally stucked with the balloon and watch this till the the point from where u can't see the balloon and and then stop watching and at this point u will feel that u r totally free from the the thought and the mundan world. method 2nd start thinking that u r releasing ur tiredness from ur body gradually .starts from the head to the foot . now u r toatlly sinkinin the in thoughtless world and then feel a light in ur forehead among the eyes and concentrate on this up to 15 minute.
