I think you all are familiar with this scene ..Most of the time when a beautiful woman walk in to the train, bus or walk on the street..eyes of crowd sticks to her body and then people around her try to approach her in one or other way. Some time people like to use "Wow mind blowing " It does not mean that they really mean it. Because people never mean what they say in case of woman....I think you people are pretty grown -up and i think you understand what they really want to say .. This becomes the daily life of pretty women and whenever someone start making fun and try to beg their attention then they begin to sulking and ignore the crowd but it doesn't mean that they don't need a man who cares them.....But someone(man) who doesn't try to gaze them and doesn't see or doesn't try to see them then they start chasing him to nail him out in their love. Because these ladies want different and such ignorant behaviour creates difference....to cause love in their heart for him.Here man have to be became ignorant to attract the attention.

So if want to fall in love of pretty woman then be ignorant and initially don't try at all...

UPTU a breach in the Indian Educational Scheme

interest of student are declining in the uptu colleges , a report of Amar states that approx 40 percent student are not taking part in the counseling process. in one way this is showing the bad fielding and mismanagement of the Uptu .In one side UPTU university is lambasting for the quality education and best management in the India and speaking to become the brand like IItian on the other side their all promises are going vain because every year this university is producing approx 3.6 lack unemployed people and giving affiliation to those college who even don't have full infrastructure and Sophisticated faculty .I am asking to the UPTU
