Human being take birth with some eternal and immortal power .That human use only two of nine divine power that is defined by God Krishna in his speech to Arjun of karma and yoga.In time of Mahabharat Lord krishna told with Arjun that you can rise you position with respect to other by using Karmic yoga that resonate your inner bosom and vibrates your nine sense (power).
So i can say that meditation is the divine methode to resonate our inner side to awake from the darkness of illusion of the world .
Generally this can be achieved by the calmness of your mind and the thought.This can be gradually achieved by keeping yourself away from the worldly things by sitting in the secluded place or by with out speaking 1 or 1/2 hours in your sitting room or either in park where you feel peace.Because meditation gives the peace to the floundering thought and mind ,
THere are sevral method for learner to meditate
some that i know are as follows
1:CHanting some sound:
IN India generally people choose this method because this is much more better than other method and this can be achieved very easily.because while chanting some mantra or rythmic sound, our mind concentrate on the same sound and left other thing away from notice.
Work of Meditation is to make physical and mental involvement Zero.
2:Imagination: This method is generally used by some Meditation center who teach other to meditate .this practice is generally applicable when no of people are huge.In this a speaker describe an image and other imagine that image.by doing so mind stand only with the imagintion process and doing this increase the capability of mind retentivity.
3:Tratak: IN this we concentrate on the flam or on some point that may be of any colour.This is also most phenomanal method of meditation.
4:Vipassana:
This practice was started by LOrd Buddha almost 2500years ago.this method is not very famouse in the people this needs much more efforts but this is much better than others because this was generally used for the awaknig of Kundalini.
